JOB VACANCY

POSITION - CORPORATE AFFAIRS EXECUTIVE

LOCATION - KLANG.

SALARY - RM 3000-5000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of plans and corporate publications such as annual reports, press releases, speeches, newsletters, corporate presentations and papers for meetings/events.
Responsible for overseeing the formulation and implementation of plans, policies, and processes.
To assist in corporate secretarial and relevant regulatory requirements. Analytical and research-driven.

Conducts research on industry trends and competitors.

Analyze business proposals and provide investment analysis on capital expenditure including structuring investments and/or acquisition transactions.

Prepare financial models for potential investments / new ventures and coordinate with various functions within the group to establish options on the commercial and/or financing structure for potential investments / new ventures.

Prepare relevant documents required for implementation of transactions structured, including but not limited to board papers and submission papers to relevant authorities.

Update company profile and company corporate handouts including website information.

Handle ad hoc task from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Degree in Accounting / Economics or other professional qualifications
3 years’ experience in similar position in Public Listed Company
Hands on knowledge of company laws and corporate secretarial procedures
Must possess high degree or integrity and professionalism
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
Ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines
