Sales Executive

Responsibility
1.0 To handle customer enquiries / orders promptly.
2.0 Negotiate orders and perform contract review, and follow up to close the deals.
3.0 To monitor and expedite customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
4.0 To conduct and gather information pertaining to market research, market competition, market share, etc.
5.0 Customer servicing and sales activities of own designated area/set of customers.
6.0 To analysis the sales data to achieve the set target and report sale daily, week ,month.
7.0 Promote and increase the sales of the Company’s products to all customers and to work diligently to obtain more orders.
8.0 To develop potential new business.
9.0 To maximize profit contribution by bringing in volume sales at maximum gross margin.
10.0 To maximize company’s cash flow position by ensuring prompt payment from customers.
11.0 To conduct business in an ethical manner.
12.0 To update quotes and update new product models for customers in a timely manner.
13.0 Meeting customers to promote sales, new products marketing and survey, sample submission
14.0 Responsible for the collection of payment when the customer is due for payment.
15.0 Liaise with relevant department within the Company regarding customer feedbacks.
16.0 Maintain good rapport with customer establishment.
17.0 Propose and recommend selling prices through the comparison of the competitor pricing.
18.0 To prepare sales forecast, plan in advance for Purchasing to purchase material.
19.0 Create designs for new ones according to customer's own requirements
20.0 To comply with system MRP in performing daily job.
21.0 To practice 5S & safety concept awareness.
22.0 To feedback immediately to superior for problem encountered.
23.0 To perform other ad-hoc duties or other jobs assigned by the superior from time to time.
