**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare and ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and timely updates to the trading and financial systems. To follow up for approval from Singapore HQ
- Keeps track of all payments and expense invoices and statements
- To check Petty cash reimbursement
- To record AP invoices and some bank journals
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Prepare Monthly reconciliation of supplier statement
- Prepares analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Proactively engage with the stakeholders to implement improvements to the payment and receivables processes
