Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities of Client Success Manager:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- This includes regular client meetings and communication, handling client queries efficiently, and resolving issues
swiftly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Strategic Planning:
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and marketing objectives.
- Develop strategic marketing plans and oversee their successful implementation.
Cross-functional Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies, and to relay client
feedback.
- This includes coordinating with creative, digital, production, and other departments as required.
Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business opportunities.
- Develop plans to materialize these opportunities, presenting proposals to clients, and facilitating contract
renewals and expansions.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Deliver regular reports on account status to the COO and clients, providing insights and recommendations for
improvements.
Budget Management:
- Oversee client budget allocation and usage, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Customer Response Satisfaction Score:
- KPI: Achieve a 90% satisfaction score for responses delivered within the expected time to showcase
responsiveness and dedication to excellent customer service.
Customer Loyalty and Retention:
- KPI: Attain 90% customer retention rates and bolstered loyalty, serving as benchmarks of proficient response
management and customer contentment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
