**Job Description**:
1. Responsible in conceptualizing, developing, and executing offline marketing events, such as career fair, campaign.

2. Research, contact, and negotiate with various vendors essential for the events, securing cost-effective and reliable partnerships.

3. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events, ensuring maximum attendance and brand exposure.

4. Handle all logístical aspects of events, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and on-site coordination.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Having 2 years experience working as event specialist/ manager or in a similar role

3. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin
