At **Above Creative Events (a.c.e)** — an award-winning Corporate Event Agency in ASEAN — we’re looking for an **Event Support Specialist**to assist our Corporate Event Account Team & Project Team. This is your chance to learn from the best and grow into a future event professional.
- Assist the Account & Project Teams with **research and vendor liaison**:

- Prepare **pitch documents, handover files, job cards, and project briefs**:

- Help with **event expenses tracking, budget sheets, and claims preparation**:

- Pack event kits and props based on detailed **event checklists**:

- Coordinate logistics and ensure all materials are ready on time
- Support in preparing presentations, decks, and visual proposals
- Assist in on-site event operations when required
- Ensure smooth communication between teams, vendors, and clients
- Contribute fresh ideas, energy, and solutions to improve event execution
- Keep event records organized and updated for future references

**We Need You to Be**:

- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Proactive — you don’t wait to be told, you take initiative
- A strong communicator who works well with different teams and vendors
- Able to handle multiple tasks while keeping deadlines in check
- Excited to learn the ropes of corporate event management
- Calm under pressure and flexible when last-minute changes happen
- Positive-minded, energetic, and passionate about events

**Skill Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Events, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like **Canva, etc.**:

- Bonus: Previous internship/experience in events, marketing, or admin support
- Strong passion for learning and growing in the corporate event industry
