Oversee and supervise overall operations service centre.
- CSI enhancement planning and execution.
- Ensure all HMSB standard guideline procedures are comply and implemented.
- Lead, organize and manage day to day function of the service centre to achieve the unit intake.
- Increase the sales turnover and profitability of the service centre.
- Handling difficult and serious customer complaints.
- Ensure prompt feedback related to product issues to HMSB with an accurate information.
- Ensure that the service premises are well maintained, with cleanliness and tidiness are properly managed.
- Circulate HMSB information to all related staff (Service Letter, HTI, MEMO, etc).

**Requirement**:

- Diploma/Degree in Automotive/Mechanical, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive related business or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
