**Position: Sales Manager (reporting to project manager)**
**Located : Kajang**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Sales team, monitor performance, guide activities.
- Promote company products & services, enhance market presence.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build & maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve customer satisfaction & meet sales goals.
- Develop strategies to increase sales volume.
- Manage & track sales budgets.
- Facilitate project status meetings with stakeholders.
- Improve sales feedback process for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Project Management & Finance teams.
- Coordinate with Project Planning to implement client needs.
- Prepare sales figures, revenue projections, reports.
- Execute company directives for sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legal, company policies, and ISO standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum **5 years sales management experience** (preferably industrial/project-based).
- Proven team leadership & revenue growth track record.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Awareness of **ISO 9001** & **GDPMD requirements**.
- Occasional travel to project sites required.
- Flexibility in working hours based on project needs.

**REMUNERATION PACKAGES**:

- Basic : RM 8, 000 + commission (structure to be discussed)

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
