**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and operations. To ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Essential for motivating and guiding a sales team.
- Sales Management: Supervising and motivating the sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring their performance.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve sales goals.
- Sales Reporting: Preparing and analyzing sales reports, providing regular updates to dealership management on sales performance and trends.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Essential for resolving customer issues and addressing performance problems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve Proton & Company revenue goals
- Manage and train Sales Advisor
- Set objectives for sales, profits and expenses
- Monitor sales performance and manage inventory
- Conduct market analysis and develop sales campaigns
- Liaise between sales and other departments and control expenditures
- Develop and oversee marketing goals, advertising and promotional activities
- To achieve monthly and yearly target set for sales
- To achieve sales satisfaction index targets set by Proton and company

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.

2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill

4. Goal-oriented individuals who are accountable and can work independently to achieve targets

5. Strong negotiation and closing skills

6. Sound knowledge in engaging with social media platforms, posting high-quality content daily and fostering a community.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
