**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development Support**
- Assist in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities (customers, partners, technologies).
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support in developing and implementing growth strategies, particularly in automotive part manufacturing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain updated CRM and business pipeline reports.

**Executive Assistance**
- Provide administrative and strategic support to senior executives.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft correspondence, memos, and reports on behalf of the executive.
- Organize and maintain documents, records, and reports in a confidential manner.

**Project Coordination**
- Track progress of ongoing business and development projects.
- Liaise between cross-functional teams (production, engineering, sales, quality, etc.).
- Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation for key project milestones.

**Client & Vendor Interaction**
- Support communication and coordination with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Attend client meetings (internal or external), take minutes, and ensure follow-ups.

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Compile and analyze data related to sales performance, project progress, and market trends.
- Prepare regular management reports and dashboards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh Graduate for Assistant Level and for Executive Level 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of automotive supply chains, OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, and business development processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
