We are looking for a **Event Operations Coordinator** to join our team, managing logistics and ensuring seamless event execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Coordination**: Arrange and manage logistics for event materials and equipment.
- **Inventory Management**: Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure all necessary items are available for events.
- **Production Oversight**: Monitor production schedules and quality standards to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
- **Permit Management**: Obtain and manage event and working permits.
- **Event Setup & Coordination**: Assist in event setup and coordinate on-site operations for smooth execution.
- **Vendor Communication**: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inventory, permits, and operational processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Event Management, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in operations, logistics, or event coordination roles (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Forms.
- **Transportation**: Must own a car or motorbike for daily operations.
