Assist in front office operations
- To greet all guests in warm and friendly manner
- Register guests in prompt and professional manner
- Prompt attention to queries or complaints and resolve guests’ issue
- Be familiar with the hotel's product, service and policies
- Provide support in data entry, billing, payments
- To perform general administrative functions
- Any other duties assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Some experienced in Front Office or similar job are welcome to apply
- Fresh school leavers who are fast learner with passion in hotel service industry are also welcome to apply
- Good command of spoken Mandarin is essential
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Hardworking, committed and responsible
- Pleasant personality with a friendly approach
- Neat and well-groomed appearance

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
