ROLE
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This position requires someone who is approachable, dependable, and able to manage a variety of administrative and front desk tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. It’s a key role that supports both daily operations and a positive client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Friendly, professional front office team members to be the face of our hotel.
- Warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly, and assist with reservations.
- Be the go-to person for guest questions, special requests, and local recommendations, so strong communication and a helpful attitude are key.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to keep operations running efficiently.
- Basic handling of payments, record-keeping, and staying alert to guest safety are part of the role.
