HR Admin Executive

Manage the payroll system and perform payroll duties
- Responsible for preparation and processing of monthly payroll and ensure that all documentations are complying with internal standards, statutory requirements and its deadline
- Preparation, filing and updating of documents
- In-charge of maintenance issues in the office
- Providing assistance and support in projects, planning, problem solving and executing the department’s goals and objectives
- Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement
- Routine and adhoc reporting as per management request
- Assist in any adhoc projects assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR related field
- Excellent spoken and written in Mandarin, English and Malay
- Knowledge basic of HR operations, Malaysian Labour Laws and other relevant legislations o Must be able to use Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint fluently.
- Excellent spoken and written in Mandarin, English and Malay.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
