**Position - Project Analyst**

**Competencies and Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software development / Information Technology / Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 7-9 years of experience in project analysis and management.
- Experience in Treasury or banking projects.
- Proven experience in writing and presenting business cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Gather and analyze data to support the development of comprehensive business cases.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive business cases to secure project approval and funding.
- Present business cases to stakeholders, including senior management
- Track project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are met and managed throughout the project lifecycle.

**Job Specification**
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Project Analysis and Management: 4 years (required)
- Treasury or banking projects: 3 years (required)
- Agile or Scrum methodologies: 5 years (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills: 5 years (preferred)
- data analysis and reporting: 5 years (preferred)
