Sales Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices
- Arrange delivery/transportation for goods
- Coordinate with warehouse and production team
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries
- Support sales team with reports and documentation
- Check stock inventory and update product availability
- Follow up on payment collections
- Perform general administrative duties and data entry
- Use accounting/inventory systems (e.g. **AutoCount**)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiar with **AutoCount accounting/inventory system**:

- Able to multitask and work under mínimal supervision
- Prior experience in sales admin or logistics support is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
