Logistic Operations Executive with Experience

Job Purpose:

- Acts as the main person in charge of Ambuzz Logistics & Operation.

**Inventory management**
- Plans and prioritizes operations to ensure maximum performance with minimum cost and risks.
- Responsible for reviewing and resolving supply status to minimize out of stocks and maintain optimal stock level.
- Creates, oversees and improves processes to increase operational efficiency.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Handling e-commerce orders**
- Stocks management and operational orders processing process (pick, pack and dispatch orders)
- Liaise with third party logistic partners to schedule pick up appointment and ensure items are ready for collection.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding missing / damaged items for returns & warranty claims purposes.
- Manage stock levels and process documentation using stock-control systems.
- Order packaging material, stationery and all ecommerce related items from suppliers.
- Unpack, check and upload new stock to stock-control system.
- Extract and report e-Commerce sales data from each platform to HQ level.
- Responsible for troubleshooting any issues related to delivery/supply chain

**Handling Import & Export of goods**
- Making arrangements for import and export of goods and overseeing the delivery of goods
- Taking responsibility for dealing with all third parties involved in the operation
- Acts as communication window between logistics service provider and supplier and related departments.
- Prepare needed documents for custom clearance
- Shares regular and ad-hoc reporting to Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
