Our client, a reputable **Property Investment and Management **Company as well as the largest room rental platform in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for an experienced and passionate **Digital Marketing Manager** to join their team. As part of the company, you will work with their marketing and operation team to grow their market presence, embodying and communicating their mission of making room rental hassle and worry free.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Plan and manage our social media platforms
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
- Optimize contents using best SEO/SEM practice and perform onsite/offsite
- Drive traffic to company page and social media platforms effectively

**_Additional Information/ Requirement: _**
- At least 6-10 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Possession of a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in relevant studies is required
- Proficient in SEO and SEM and able to execute effective plan promptly and effectively
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
