**Job Summary**:
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings, services, and brand. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to effectively reach and engage potential buyers, sellers, and investors through various digital channels, including e-commerce marketplaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.

**2. Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop multimedia content (videos, graphics, etc.) to enhance marketing efforts.

**3. Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer engagement.

**4. SEO and SEM**:

- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine visibility and ranking.
- To plan and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing automation software.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

**7. Lead Generation**:

- Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through digital channels.
- Work with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up processes.

**8. E-commerce Channel Management**:

- Manage the company’s presence on e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Optimize product listings, monitor marketplace performance, and develop strategies to increase visibility and sales on these platforms.

**Qualifications / Requirement**:

- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with real estate marketing and familiarity with the real estate market.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience managing e-commerce channels and marketplaces.
