Training & Office Assistant

**Requirements**:
1. Coordinate the administration and logistics of trainings;
2. Handling attendance and training systems;
3. Preparing course document and schedule for all group of Company;
4. Monitor all course inclusive of ordering book and manage the examination system;
6. To ensure the training room is always clean and well-organized;
7. To prepare the refreshment when required;
8. To ensure server run every morning and before Office closure;
9. To assist and monitoring the participants in taking the examination;
10. To manage all computer in the training room and exam room;
11. To do simple pc repairing works;
12. To provide support on filing, organizing and archiving training materials;
13. Assisting Sales Department in preparing the Company tender;
14. To perform office clerical duties including copying and scanning documents;
15. To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office area, pantry area & equipment, Superior rooms and store room;
16. To clean the food waste and garbage in the pantry every day before leaving the office;
17. To ensure that all equipment and accessories for training is well maintain and always log out or plug off when not in use;
18. To maintain the pantry items and to ensure the pantry items is sufficient;
19. Arrange the cleaning for all office area on every Saturday;
20. To manage and update the stationaries items;
21. Any task assigned by Superior as and when required;
**Qualification**:
**Experience**:
1 year in related field
**Skills**:
1. Excellence in Microsoft Office;
2. Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking with tight deadline;
3. Good teamwork and efficient;
4. Good communication skills with internal and external customers;
5. Able to communicate and writing in BM and English;
6. Have positive attitude.
7. Non smoker.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
