- Department: Finance/Legal- Location: Malaysia- Reporting to Manager, you will be responsible for- Reviewing and organizing billing ensuring quality maintenance at every step for Platform.
- Ensuring that all financial deadlines relating to accounts receivables are met for month/quarter/year-end financial closing including BS reconciliation to Regional Finance
- Coordinates with Operation Team and work with Share Service Center team for billing
- GST reporting bi-monthly (ie Every 2 months once)
- Participate in internal auditing by providing supporting documents as requested, improvement initiatives, standardization process and new system implementations.
- Maintaining and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to company guidelines
- Working together with Shared Service Centre and Key accounts manager for collection
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to work in fast-paced and high transactions volume environment.
- Able to multitask and work under high pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- SAP Experience is highly advantageous & preferred.
- Nimble, flexible and adapt easily to the challenging environment.
