Job Description:
- Responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties, both personal and business matters, including filing documents, meeting minutes, correspondences, writing reports, prepare presentation slides and call screening.
- Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of Director including appointment, meetings and travels for personal & business.
- Handling and keep record on all personal bank account of Director.
- Responsible for organizing Director travels including fights, visa, hotel arrangement, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses.
- Assist to organize company events and group travel.
- Handling and housekeeping Director’s personal matters including driver’s schedule, cars and resident maintenance, as well as the car road tax and insurance renewal.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information of personal and business.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and self-motivated.
- Assist on other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements:
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia (Read & Write). Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field. However Fresh Graduate are also welcome and encourage to apply.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Travel: Moderate, when required.
- Multitask and able to work in fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Secretarial: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
