**A. HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIROMENTAL**:

- Implements, follows, and participates in all HSE training, exercise, and drill.
- Ensures, always, a high level of safety is maintained during SIAPTEK activities in compliance with Company safety rules and regulations including a permanent promotion of safety awareness for his/her subordinates.
- Participates with HSE department of mutual training implementation, meeting and day to day follow up.
- Ensures all actions done during commercial and marketing activities are respectful of the environment (no pollution).

**B. COMMERCIAL**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with HSE, Business Development and Operation teams to align sales strategies with product, services, promotions, and business initiatives.
- Implement sales forecasting, sourcing activities and pipeline management processes to accurately predict sales revenues, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulations, including pricing guidelines, contract terms, and ethical standards.
- Manage key accounts and major deals, leading negotiations, resolving conflicts, and closing high-value sales opportunities.
- Evaluate sales tools, technologies, and systems to streamline sales processes, enhance productivity, and improve sales effectiveness.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and build professional networks.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Operation or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience and good knowledge in oil & gas upstream, midstream and downstream activities.
- Experienced in commercial (tender and bidding), contract management, sourcing activities, cost control and pricing strategy.
- Financial acumen and business savvy, with the ability to analyze sales data, forecast revenues, and manage budgets and expenses.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close complex deals.
- Possess exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication between his interactions with consumers and external partners.
- Experienced in evaluating product/service/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches.
- Experienced with ISO and QHSE Policy.
- Required 70% travelling for business purposes and clientele networking in other region Peninsular, Sabah & Sarawak.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
