WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Insurer relations - support in negotiating and structuring better commercials for the company
- Keep abreast and updated of all insurers partners progress and movements
- Account management with insurers partners
- Tag team and open up conversations for reinsurance infrastructure
- Front compliance/regulatory matters relating to operations, technology, and legal before escalating to respective business units and central functions
- Commercial management - work closely with co-founders to review commercial arrangement with key stakeholders (insurers, clients, partners) and explore multiple avenues to enhance margins
- Involved in driving or supporting special and strategic projects

**Requirements**:
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant insurance experience from insurers, brokers, Insurtech and has networks across the insurance industry
- Growth mindset
- Adequate knowledge of insurance
- Proactive nature, independent and dependable
- Strong administrative and analytical skills, ability to multi-task with attention to details
- Strong inner drive to achieve and challenge the insurance status quo
