Hello We are looking for a talented, motivated and communicative individual to join our team of professionals and provide top-quality Customer Support solutions to our US customers. This is an on-site job.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling customer calls and/or queries received via other tools in a professional and polite way.
- Taking care of your daily workload, ensuring that your work is performed up to client’s standards.
- Performing your duties with reliability and commitment to ensure customer satisfaction and integrity of the work process.

**Requirements**:

- **English and Mandarin** (Fluent/Advanced).
- Ability to work US hours (9AM-6PM or 8AM-5PM EST).
- Be comfortable with using time-tracking software.
- Attention to detail, diligence, good teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in CS field or working experience with US BPO companies would be a plus
- Willingness to work on-site.
