**Role Overview**
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative passionate about customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to check-out
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to inquiries via phone and chat with accurate information
- Assist with bookings, modifications, and cancellations; ensure details are recorded
- Address and resolve guest and host concerns, escalating as needed
- Gather post-stay feedback to identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams, sharing customer insights
- Available on weekends and public holidays
- Support overtime when needed
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in customer service software and booking systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team player with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
