**Position Title: Administrator, Customer Service**

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as **Administrator, Customer Service**

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing accurate information on training courses, prerequisites, and certificate validation.
- Handling the end-to-end process of course administration, from generating confirmation forms to issuing certificates for self-paying and corporate clients.
- Supporting Customer Relations and Sales teams with administrative tasks related to data entry in the system.
- Coordinating logistics such as transportation, hotel accommodations, meal arrangements, and medical checkups for training participants at centers in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Resolving issues related to support services for training participants.
- Collaborating with internal teams, external customers, and section heads to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Upholding company reputation and values while consistently achieving high levels of productivity.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and being service-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail, resourcefulness, and creativity in problem-solving.
- Quick learner with a self-starting attitude and positive outlook.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Full-time availability with the ability to start work immediately.
