**Location**: No. 12, Jalan Lagenda 3, Taman 1 Lagenda, 75400 Melaka
**Employment Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary Range**: RM2,200 - RM3,000 per month
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information on service procedures, warranty terms, and repair timelines.
- Create and manage service orders, repair tickets, and warranty claims.
- Record and update customer details and service requests accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts administrators to monitor job progress.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-desk area to ensure a positive customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification**:SPM**.
- Proficient in **Bahasa Malaysia** and **English**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.

- Sunday & Public Holiday : Off day
