**Responsibilities**:_
- Collaborate with the CEO/Director to strategically plan and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Administer and monitor employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Income Tax deductions, etc.).
- Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotions, transfers, and others.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal HR policies (e.g., dress code, social media usage, harassment policies).
- Monitor employee performance and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins, performance reviews, and grievance discussions.
- Promote an open-door policy and maintain a healthy work environment where employees feel heard and valued.
- Manage stress effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Perform any other HR-related tasks or ad-hoc assignments as required.
- **Requirements**:_
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (both speaking & written)
- **At least 3+ Years** of management experience in HR.
- A proven person with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expert in stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Putra Heights, Subang Jaya (10-mins by walking to Putra Heights LRT Station).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
