**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and resolve staff issues, particularly concerning foreign workers, either through agents or direct recruitment.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, including correspondence and legal documentation.
- Handle matters related to the **Jabatan Tenaga Kerja** (Labor Department) and ensure all requirements are met.
- Maintain up-to-date records on staff, contracts, and work permits.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure all HR processes are in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of human resources management, labor laws, and regulations.
- Experience in handling foreign workers, including work permits and other necessary documentation.
- Proficient in payroll management and related software.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, including correspondence and legal matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
