**Sephora Malaysia **is looking to recruit Manager, Category Management (Sephora Collection & Fragrances).
This role would be responsible in building the Sephora Collection brand and product categories in Malaysia. As the 'brand guardian', this role’s objective would be to grow the business across both B&M and E-commerce for Sephora Collection, across different axes.
This role would also be in charge of being the key stakeholder of the Fragrances category across both B&M and E-commerce, with the objective to drive sales as well as maintain a healthy commercial margin.

**Commercial Planning & Development**
- Developing priorities and strategies for Sephora Collection’s growth in Malaysia, across B&M and E-commerce, and across all axes.
- Working closely with regional and local Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure stock availability across all channels.
- Being responsible for achieving volume and sharing targets by formulating strategies for the Fragrance category and executing Fragrance omni-channel category management plans.
- Working closely in tandem with existing Fragrance brands, while also proactively sourcing new brand opportunities to drive growth.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to drive Fragrance sales, including but not limited to space planning and configurations, store expansions, and e-commerce opportunities.
- Managing daily operations of the brand in to the stores/e-commerce.
**Brand Building & Marketing**
- Adapting and localizing the global brand marketing plans for Sephora Collection.
- Working closely with the Marketing team to oversee the execution of all consumer marketing strategies and campaigns across both channels.
**Retail Operations**
- Managing, influencing and supporting the Sephora Collection Team Captains across all retail stores through close collaboration, knowledge sharing and partnership.
- Owning and executing the Sephora Collection incentive program across all stores.
- Being the point of contact for Sephora Collection Team Captains for all matters pertaining to Sephora Collection.
- Ensuring our store teams are well familiar and well trained with all Fragrance brands, to help drive sales further.
- Developing tools and services as and when required.
**We would love to hear from you if**
- You have 5 - 7 years of experience in Merchandising, Brand Management, Account Management or other Commercial skills.
- You have experience in the fashion or beauty industry is strongly preferred.
- Having a passion for beauty, with a flair for trends and style is highly advantageous as well.
- You have strong analytical skills and are very comfortable with numbers.
- You are results oriented.
- You have strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- You are independent and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- You have excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- You have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
- You have a Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
