Responsibilities
- **Sales and customer service**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information on furniture products.
- Handle sales transactions, including processing orders and managing payments.
- Address customer objections and concerns to close sales.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- **Sales strategy and performance**:

- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Analyze sales figures and expenses to optimize profitability.
- Execute and support sales initiatives and action plans.
- **Marketing and promotion**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Support special sales events and promotional activities.
- Help with product display and merchandise organization.
- **Collaboration and administration**:

- Work with marketing, design, and operations teams to align goals.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales support documents.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in furniture sales, interior design, or a related retail or marketing field is often preferred.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is often preferred, though a diploma or certificate may also be considered.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in design software is a plus for some roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
