**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- **Identify and acquire new clients for the company, expanding our customer base and increasing market share.**

**2. Marketing Strategy and Implementation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

**3. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Use CRM software to manage interactions and track sales activities.

**4. Brand Promotion**:

- Increase brand awareness through various promotional activities and events.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

**5. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.

**Skills**:

- Can make live streaming
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
