**Detailed Description**:
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

- Collaborate with recruitment agencies and government bodies for recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
- Prepare and analyze hiring and attrition reports at all organizational levels.
- Design, implement, and conduct comprehensive orientation and onboarding programs for all new joiners (employees and interns) to ensure a smooth and effective integration into the company culture and work environment.
- Analyze exit interview data and recommend improvements as needed.
- Stay informed about the PERKESO DAYA KERJAYA Program.
- Manage the entire employee transportation system, including monthly inspections, addressing transport-related employee complaints, optimizing routes, coordinating with transport providers, and ensuring cost-efficiency and safety.
- Represent the HR Department during audits and compliance reviews.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and willingness to travel.
