About the role

EPG DATA CENTER MODULE SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented HR Associate to join our team in Senai Johor. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR functions and contributing to the success of our growing organisation. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support for HR processes, including talent acquisition, payroll, training & development and employee records management
  2. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  3. Coordinating and participating in employee engagement activities and initiatives
  4. Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
  6. Maintaining a strong understanding of labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  7. Supporting the HR team in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR administrative role, preferably in a consulting or engineering environment
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain and update HR databases and records
  5. A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to learn and contribute to the team's success
  6. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
