2) Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR Role

3) Age: 30-35 Years Old

3) Professional and confident attitude

4) Ability to build effective relationships with line managers and employees in all levels of the business

5) Conflict Management & Decision Making aptitude

6) Fast Learner and willing to learn new task

**1) Employee Relations and Management**:

- Employee Support: Providing guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures
- Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback
- Conflict Resolution: Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies

**2) Administrative and Technical**:

- Payroll: Managing payroll processes and ensuring timely payments.
- Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and secure employee records.
- Data Management: Utilizing HR systems and databases to manage employee information, attendance and leave.
- Preparing Staff Handbook and HR Policies

**3) Recruitment**:

- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job description, posting job ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Interviewing: Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Training: Manage Employee training and development.

**4) Other Responsibilities**:

- Employee Engagement: Fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Legal Compliance: Staying informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Strategic Support: Collaborating with management to develop HR strategies.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
