Responsibilities:

- Work with Nutritionists/Dietitian to conduct research on topics (related to Eskayvie products) that will be discussed weekly.
- Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok, to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, and escalate any issues as necessary.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as graphic designers and photographers, to create visual assets and content for social media and digital platforms.
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and present findings to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least one (1) year experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and ideas.
- Presentable, pleasant personality and independent in work assignments given with minimum supervision and can work as a team
- Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
- Strong in written and verbal presentation skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English, being an engaging presenter would be an added advantage.

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
