**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of general workers within the yard, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage the stock inventory of yard assets, including product containers and cabins, to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient utilization of resources.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of containers and cabins, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed to prevent damage.
- Coordinate with the production and fabrication teams to prioritize workload and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of the yard to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Train new hires and provide ongoing guidance and support to general workers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other department supervisors and managers to streamline workflow and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on yard operations, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and safety compliance.
- Assist in the implementation of new procedures and initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within the yard.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and employee morale.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid driving license
- Able to work under hot conditions and experienced in supervising general workers.
- Willing to work outstation or overtime (OT), if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in project management/ construction or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of general workers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and experience with stock control systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to yard operations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
