**IT HELPDESK SPECIALIST - English & Chinese Speaking**
- **Working location**:_Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia_
- **Salary range**:_ _USD 500 - 1200 Gross_

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The IT Helpdesk Specialist provides professional services to clients. If you aspire to be more than just an Engineer and wish to become a problem-solving expert for our client, we are willing to invest in your development.
- Manage daily operations of Microsoft O365, Active Directory (AD), File Server, wireless networks, and other related tasks.
- Communicate with clients to accurately understand and address their issues.
- Collaborate with local original manufacturer engineers.
- Maintain client infrastructure.
- Provide consulting services to clients and managing client vendors
- Report and update cases in the internal system.
- Assist with the execution of projects.
- Generate routine maintenance reports.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good command of written and spoken English to communicate with Taiwan HQ team.
- Able to communicate in Chinese at an intermediate level.
- Have 2 - 7 year of technical support experience for client devices, servers, and network equipment.
- Hands-on experience in **cybersecurity**, **network or system administration**, or **cloud platforms** (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP) are a strong advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as **CompTIA Security+, Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA/CCNP** are a strong advantage.

- Configuration and troubleshooting of Internet connections
- Configuration and troubleshooting of wireless networks

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
