- and long-term performance goalsOversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logisticsReview and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer serviceMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulationsSupervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer serviceSchedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtimeInspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessaryMeet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss preventionOversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packagesSupervise and manage all warehouse workers and ensure adherence to the necessary safety and legal procedures of the working environment and company policies.Timely and accurate completion of inventory movement record updating into system.Maintain all material handling equipment in good working order and good housekeeping o warehouse to ensure workplace safety.Plan and carry out good housekeeping in and around store area.

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
