- To receive, write, place, pick-up and serve food and beverage orders.
- To serve beverages and food according to guest's order.
- To change ashtray on guest-occupied table.
- To crumb table after every courses.
- To clean table of soiled items.
- To clear soiled dishes to stewarding area.
- To set up and oversee the buffet table.
- To set table for different meal periods.
- To prepare mis-en place for side board.
- To perform side duties
- To tidy up station after each operation.
- To collect ice cubes for each operation.
- To collect all general requisitions and food and beverage requisitions.
- To send operation equipment for burnishing/polishing.
- To send soiled and collect clean linen from laundry during each shift.
- To fold napkins.
