Inside Sales/ Marketing Execitive Essential Job Responsibilities: '¢ Maintain good relationship with existing customers. '¢ Identify new sales opportunities and customer base. '¢ Establish a deep understanding of customers' demands. '¢ Deliver solution demonstrations that focus on the customers' demands. '¢ Create trusted relationships with customers and internal teams. '¢ Analyse, evaluate market trend and condition, and provide timely reports to the management. '¢ Manage the sales cycle through CRM and sales tool. '¢ Provide innovative and effective sales strategies to grow sales. '¢ Have the ability to drive customer meetings and events, particularly various level discussions. '¢ Be accountable for monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by employer. '¢ Plan, implement and monitor strategies to achieve sales targets. Qualifications/Requirements '¢ Minimum diploma in engineering from an accredited university or college. '¢ Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in industrial products. '¢ Must poses own car and valid driving licence. '¢ Experience in any NDT method is additional advantages
