**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outlet Operations Management**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Fresh Mart outlets.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational consistency and outlet readiness.
- Supervise stock takes, purchasing, and replenishment activities.
- Monitor product expiry, manage wastage, and implement loss prevention strategies.
- Prepare and maintain **duty rosters, staff attendance, and scheduling**.

**Inventory, Purchasing & Vendor Management**
- Manage orders and procurement from suppliers based on sales trends and forecasts.
- Ensure timely stock delivery and optimal stock levels at each outlet.
- Establish strong relationships with B2B customers and manage bulk orders.
- Monitor and manage pricing strategies, including **discounts and markdowns** for near-expiry items.

**Sales, Marketing & Branding**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, branding campaigns, and seasonal sales strategies.
- Track outlet sales performance and propose initiatives to drive revenue.
- Maintain store visual standards, cleanliness, and merchandising consistency.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on market trends in the FMCG retail space.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in retail/FMCG operations, preferably managing multiple mini marts or convenience outlets.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, expiry/wastage management, and B2B sales.
- Proven experience in staff management and schedule planning.
- Familiar with retail systems, POS operations, and inventory software.
- Able to **travel across Klang Valley** regularly to supervise outlets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Experience in marketing or brand execution at retail level is a plus.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
