Customer Service Assistant

_**Job Description**_
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment
status.
- Support in resolving minor customer complaints under supervision.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Enter and update customer orders accurately in the logistics system.
- Ensure documents comply with company standards and are properly recorded.
- Support coordination with transport, warehouse, and forwarding teams.
- Assist in preparing cost sheets, billing, and simple invoice follow-ups.
- Maintain proper filing of customer records and shipment reports.
- Support in updating databases and generating simple reports.
- Provide assistance to Customer Service Executives in daily operations.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
- **Requirement**_
- Diploma in Logistics / supply chain management / business administration or its equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is required to support Mandarin speaking clients.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
