1. Marketing and getting new customers; Taking customer orders for specialty arrangements, being sure to accurately collect information

2. Arranging the orders receiving from **Whatsapp group**; Often check the messages received in whatsapp

3. Checking the customer orders in **Instagram, Facebook and Mail **being sure to accurately collect information

4. Preparing delivery order

5. Checking the Orders with the florist and Packing section which was made in good quality

6. Handing over the delivery order and instruct the Dispatch in charge for delivery on accurate time and monitoring the delivery

7. Plan the dispatch schedule as per the customer orders priority

8. Preparing daily Sales Report and maintain the report in File
