Manager - Finance (Corporate Finance & Investor Relations)

**Investor Relations**
- Provide financial analysis to support modeling capabilities to mirror those of analysts to help enhance engagement and communication process
- Assist with scheduling of IR activities and preparation of presentation and reference materials
- Support formal investor and media communication for quarterly results announcement
- Review analysts' report and highlight commentaries / concerns
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of the Bank's annual report
- Keep abreast of coordination and preparation of the industry and regulatory development affecting the Bank
- Provide support for all rating exercises

**Corporate Finance**
- Provide support for M&;A and investment activities from evaluation, execution through to completion of the transaction
- Perform research, financial analysis / modelling and valuation of targets
- Evaluate the prospect with recommendation, supported with both commercial and financial justifications
- Assist in deal execution and closing of transaction, including but not limited to review of transaction documentation, obtaining board and shareholders' approval, deal structuring and funding/capital considerations.
- Support debt and equity capital raising for the Bank and ensure governance of existing debt/capital programme

**Education/Qualification**
- Bachelor degree, Professional Degree or Master Degree in accounting / finance / banking, or equivalent.
- Preferably 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the capital markets related activities, financial modelling and valuation would be a distinct advantage.
- In addition, project management experience would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with SC's capital markets guidelines, Basel III and banking regulations.
- Effective communication (verbal, written and graphic) skills.
- Intermediate-high proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of financial reports and equipped with analytical skills.
