‌**Job Responsibilities‌** - Daily production operations‌ - Complete the assembly and testing of seat motor components according to the operating instructions to ensure that daily output meets the standards. - Record production data (such as working hours, number of defective products), and provide real-time feedback on production line anomalies (such as equipment failure, material shortage) to team leaders and process inspectors.‌ - Equipment maintenance and quality control‌Perform daily equipment inspections (such as cleaning and lubrication of motor winding machines) and cooperate with the technical team to complete basic maintenance tasks. - Participate in first article inspection and process self-inspection to identify and isolate defective products and ensure product defect rate.‌ - Regulatory Enforcement and Safety Compliance‌obey7S - Site management standards (such as tool placement and material identification) to keep the work area clean and tidy‌. - Correct WearPPE(protective gloves, goggles, etc.), and strictly implement safety operating procedures (such as anti-electric shock measures for high-voltage testing, standardized use of soldering irons, etc.).‌ - Materials Management and Collaboration‌Collect and register hardware and consumables according to work order requirements to control material loss rate and reduce costs. - Cooperate with cross-departmental collaboration (such as assisting the quality department with rework, the logistics department with inventory counting, month-end inventory counting, etc.).‌ **Qualifications‌‌** - Educational background and basic skills‌ - Applicants with secondary technical school or above degree, majoring in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics or related fields are preferred. - Have basic Malay communication skills and can understand simple operating instructions in Chinese or English (such as"Start" "Stop").‌ - Work experience and operational capabilities‌ - More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing assembly line operation, and experience in assembly of automotive parts (such as motors, etc.) is preferred. - Master the use of basic tools (such as electric screwdrivers, multimeters), and be familiar with anti-static operating specifications‌.‌ - Professionalism and adaptability‌ - Strong physical strength, adapt to standing work and shift work (morning/Night shift), can withstand high-intensity production rhythm. - Have quality awareness and teamwork spirit, and accept overtime arrangements (such as rush work for urgent orders).‌ **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Early shift - Evening shift - Night shift - Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
