- a)Managing day-to-day operation to fulfill clients' requirements and KPI for their satisfaction
- b) Setting up rules, policies, guidelines, process, procedure and methodology for the project, assuring implementation, maintain and enhancement

- d) Analyzing daily, weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports and results to provide better service and solutions
- e) Plan and develop subordinates in the project operation and developing their skill for internal career path
- f) Representing the Company to clients, getting trust from them and keeping good relationship with them for further business opportunists
- g) Report and consult to the director, superiors and other relevant division/department in the Company for any necessity
- h) Coordinating with other division/department for any kind of necessity to realize the project operation
