**Inventory Management**
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper tracking of all incoming and outgoing materials and products.
- Implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and minimize stockouts.

**Shipping & Receiving**
- Coordinate and oversee the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity, resolving discrepancies as needed.

**Personnel Management**
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and safety.

**Warehouse Planning**
- Develop and maintain efficient storage and layout systems to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.
- Implement proper labelling, tagging, and categorization of goods for easy identification and retrieval.

**Safety & Compliance**
- Enforce safety protocols, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OSHA and other industry-specific standards.

**Warehouse Equipment & Maintenance**
- Manage the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Ensure that all equipment is in proper working condition to support warehouse operations.

**Process Improvement**
- Continuously evaluate and refine warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to optimize workflow.

**Communication**
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless coordination of materials and products.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve issues related to shipments and deliveries.

**Reporting**
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving warehouse operations.

**Production Management**
- Oversee the production teams to ensure smooth production process by ensuring availability of materials and products VS production output.

- Degree / Diploma holder.
- 3-5 years as **Warehouse Manager** & with **experience in managing the production operations too.**:

- Familiar with **MRP/ERP/SAP system.**:

- Good leadership & communication skills.
- Permanent vacancy based in Klang.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
