**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle end-to-end supply chain activities.
- Supervise the movement of products from inbound, stocking and inventory health movement, picking and parcel packing management, and coordination with 3PL.
- Build operations processes based on regional best practices and local requirements.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Planning, implementing new design layouts, warehouse management and innovate new strategies.
- Forecast supply and demand of products and manpower based on optimized warehouse timings and capabilities.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responsible for daily smooth operations.
- Continuously improve the service level, speed of work and cost effectiveness of inventory management, warehousing, incoming and outgoing operations.
- Responsible for safe, secure and full visibility of storage and movement of inventories.
- Ability to lead, supervise and inspire the warehouse team to increase work productivity and discipline.
- To ensure all documentations and reports are timely and accurate.
- Responsible for all stock counts and variance reports to feedback to Management with constructive reaction/plan to reduce recurring variances.
- Performs multi tasks and any ad hoc assignment as required by the Management.

**; Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of working experience leading the warehousing/ logistics department.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and 中文 (both written and spoken)
- Have experience in handling WMS software.
- Self-driven, team player, strong leadership, dedicated and high sense of integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
